How to prepare and submit your manuscript.
Contributors should submit the manuscripts only through the submission portal on this website. Upon submission, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the corresponding author and the manuscript will then proceed to the review process. For any submission-related issues or additional correspondence, please contact the editorial or support team at editor@txtctx.com or support@txtctx.com.
Manuscripts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file containing the full text, tables, figures, references, and appendices.
The recommended length is 4,000–7,000 words, including all components of the manuscript.
For a double-blind peer review, the first page of the manuscript must be a separate word file including the full title, the names of all authors and their institutional affiliations. The corresponding author must be clearly identified with complete contact details.
The abstract must be a clear and concise summary of the study, written in a single paragraph of 250-300 explicitly stating the aims and objectives of the study.
After the abstract, provide:
- Five keywords representing the manuscript’s core themes.
- A Contribution/Originality statement (maximum 100 words) explaining how the study advances knowledge or offers new insights.
All references must follow latest MLA style. The reference list must appear at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order, single-spaced, and in 10-point font size. All in-text citations must appear in the reference list, and all items in the reference list must be cited in the text.
Authors must disclose any use of AI tools in preparing the manuscript, specifying the name, version, and purpose of use.
- Overall similarity must be ≤ 15% (excluding references)
- Single source similarity must be ≤ 5%
- All borrowed content must be properly cited
- Reuse of published material must be disclosed
Authors must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may influence research outcomes or editorial decisions.
Conflicts may arise from financial support, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, or competing academic interests.
- Funding sources and sponsorships
- Institutional or organizational affiliations
- Consultancy roles or intellectual property interests
- Personal or professional relationships
Authors must include a declaration in the manuscript. If none exist, state: “The authors declare that there is no conflict of interest.”
APC for both Research Articles and Review Articles is ₹2500 for Indian authors and USD 50 for foreign authors.
